Attorney Greg A. Egbers has dedicated his career to advocating for individuals navigating some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Since beginning his practice in 1979, Greg has focused exclusively on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and medical negligence matters. This work demands technical skill, compassion, and commitment. In addition to his trial practice, Greg is a trusted mediator in these same areas, helping parties find resolution with fairness and clarity.

With more than four decades of experience, Greg brings guidance and a client-first mindset to every case he handles.

Professional Story & Insights

Greg’s path to the law began with the example set by his father, whose influence encouraged him to pursue a profession in service to others. Early in his career, Greg spent countless hours watching senior trial attorneys litigate medical malpractice cases. Those formative experiences showed him the importance of preparation, integrity, and skilled advocacy in helping clients reclaim stability after life-altering events.

Greg’s practice is built around a simple but essential principle: the client is always the first priority. He is known for being exceptionally organized and more prepared than opposing counsel. He knows that strong preparation is one of the greatest advantages he can give to his clients. Whether he is preparing for trial or facilitating a mediation, Greg approaches each matter with diligence, respect, and the answers and hope that his clients deserve during difficult times.
Drawing on decades of representing injured individuals, Greg often tells aspiring attorneys that the work is immensely rewarding when you invest the time, care, and effort required to do it well. For him, the reward comes from helping people regain control of their future.

Personal Life

Outside the courtroom, Greg serves on the Board of Directors for MedForce, the Quad Cities air ambulance service. This role keeps him closely connected to emergency medical response teams and deepens his understanding of the real-world challenges faced by those involved in traumatic injuries, a perspective that informs and strengthens his legal work.
